I wanted to let you behind the scenes into a recent project I’ve been doing some recipe testing for. First of all, let me introduce you to Kezia and Jared, the husband and wife team behind The Whole Food Diary. Kezia and Jared have a fresh take on clean eating. Bringing quality and simple food to the community table, they have a philosophy of no rules, loving food, and bringing the best to their body every day. When I first started my clean eating journey (read my story here), their became one of my first resources for making delicious, clean food that felt full of life and freedom, rather than being bound by restrictions. This amazing couple is also from Redding, my hometown, where they provide local cooking classes, pop-up shops, and workshops. Kezia will be releasing her e-book, The Whole Doughnut this March. I had the opportunity to test two of the recipes for her book: Pistachio Gingerbread and Pumpkin Spice.
