Peach Frozen Yogurt
yield: one loaf pan of frozen yogurt
Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, sliced and frozen
- 1 C Greek, non-fat organic yogurt
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
Topping options:
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Kiwin
- Dark Chocolate Chunks
- Coconut Flakes
- Granola
Directions:
Blend peaches, yogurt, and honey in a food processor or blender. Make sure peaches are thoroughly blended. Taste and add additional honey if you like. For soft serve you can eat the yogurt now. If you want your frozen yogurt to be a bit more solid, transfer to a lined bread loaf pan and place in the freezer for up to 2 hours.
To serve: I love serving this like one of my favorite frozen yogurt bars, Ce Fiore. I add fresh blueberries, raspberries, and raw dark chocolate nibs to each side of the bowl.
Enjoy this refreshing treat!
