Sometimes in the mountain laden lands, you head to where the sky and earth meet at sunset, capturing moments of nature’s beauty and freezing moments in time. It has been almost a year since we’ve moved to Redding and it’s been quite the adventure. A few days ago we headed to Shasta Dam at golden hour to celebrate 27 years of life, her golden year.

As we head into our next month, we look at the dreams of building a new home with dear friends and are learning to love the basics in our closet. Deliberate simplicity, learning to love the pieces we own, has made us streamline our closets, lending to a stronger capsule wardrobe.
