Every day I work alongside some of the most brilliant people I know. They’re influencers, movers, and shakers, world-class leaders. They inspire me by the grace in which they carry themselves, the humility on their lives, and the ways they serve others. It’s extraordinary and common all at the same time.
As is all too common with the month of January I find myself reflective. Reflective on where I’ve been, where I’m going, and the beauty of how far I’ve come. I look at where I am today and fully realize that I’m living my dream at the age of 30. It’s a gift and something I realize few people experience in their lifetime. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Recently I stumbled upon this Mary Oliver quote and it stuck with me. I’ve been dreaming big dreams for the future. Wondering what it will take to transform my city, to see it flourish, and for the economy to change. These dreams are the big one. They’re the kind that are so large they scare you, yet you get beyond excited to see them happen.
Tell, what will you do with your one wild and precious life?
