Gluten free pumpkin spice pancakes

1. Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes

Perfect for a fall brunch, these pancakes are gluten-free and dairy free (assuming you leave off the butter.) If you like healthier toppings on your pancakes, add pepitas, coconut whipping cream, or almond butter to mix things up.

pumpkin curry

2. Pumpkin Curry

This dish is inspired by one of my favorites at a local Thai restaurant. Approachable this recipe is sauce light, utilizing spices and coconut milk to meld into a beautiful dish. Serve over rice and make plenty for leftovers.

3. Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Latte

Utilizing clean ingredients and spices, this is the clean (and guilt-free) version of a seasonal favorite. Pair this with the following recipe for an amazing afternoon treat.

4. Gluten-Free Pumpkin Madeleines

Light and airy this French cookie is truly the best. Finish the recipe by dusting with powdered sugar and pepitas.

sweet potato soup with curried lentils

5. Sweet Potato + Pumpkin with Black Lentil Soup

We love this seasonal take on middle eastern flavors. Boasting curry, paprika, and cumin, the lentils retain their crispy texture as a topping with fresh herbs. Make it to feed a crowd or have delicious lunches for the week.
