Hello everyone! After a day back into routine, I’ve realized how much I’ve missed the routine of day to day life during the holiday break. A lot of my goals for this month have to do with some more intention placed on my daily routine.

1. Cut out processed foods.

This will be a journey for me. I absolutely love sweets and snacks, so I will be giving myself grace in this process. It will be in the small steps that this goal will be achieved. It may not be perfect, but I will take it one day at a time.

2. Get back on track.

With the holidays, I find that every sense of routine becomes incredibly laid-back. For January, this will mean that I will get back to working out, going for regular runs, and getting organized. Everyone needs a fresh start, at least once a year, and I’m going to seize this one for all that it holds!

3. Get organized.

I’ve purchased a few organizing supplies and goal-setting items. I hate to say it but in the busyness of the Christmas season, I haven’t even gotten started on them. I hope to make some to-do lists and get a bunch done this month!
