Peach and Goat Cheese Tartine

Ingredients:

  • Goat cheese
  • Hearty loaf of bread (I use this dutch oven recipe without the rosemary.)
  • Honey
  • Fresh basil (for savory) or thyme (for sweet)
  • Ripe peach

Directions:

Toast on bread. Spread with goat cheese. Top with slices of peach and drizzle with honey. Finish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
