Snowglobe Ornaments

In one of the simplest DIYs to date, this cute little ornament added some perfect handmade touches to our Christmas tree. Made in around 10 minutes, these snow globes are cute and add a creative touch to the various globes of gold and red.

Supplies:

• Plastic animal (I chose a fawn)
• Bottle brush tree
• Fake snow
• Plastic snowglobe
• Red ribbon
• Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Instructions:

Step 1: Remove the plastic base to your tree and remove all price tags. (I had to shorten the height of the Christmas tree to fit in the snow globe.

Step 2: Using hot glue, fix your tree and animal to the plastic space of the ornament.

Step 3: Add your fake snow. If you’re looking for something that looks more realistic, use sea salt instead.

Step 4: Place base back in the ornament and screw the bottom cap on.

Step 5: Measure and cut 8″ of ribbon. Fold ribbon in half and add a knot. Adhere ribbon loop to the top of the ornament with hot glue

Step 6: Trim the tree with your new, charming ornament!
